They are located under the hood in the engine compartment on the left side, under the air intake pipe.
To access the blocks, you must remove the air intake pipe.

My infortainment system went blank (Audio System, Navigation Control Unit, Surround Camera). My right hand side fuse box looks exactly like in the picture above. However, in the diagram 10A Audio System, Navigation Control Unit, Surround Camera fuse is in slot 73, which is empty.
Any idea why this could be?

I have the same problem. That fuse is missing, but it was like this before the screens went black.
How you managed your problem? I think it might be a relay problem.
