I have a 2014 Volkswagen Jetta SE with the I.8 TSI engine and is a sedan. The engine cooling fans are not working. The coolant level is fine. Car not overheating but in low idle after a while the dash warning for the coolant turns on.
There is a big with relays and fuses on the driver side inside the engine compartment next to the battery. There is also another dude and relay box on the left side of the steering wheel. I am not sure if there is another box behind the glove compartment. Owners manual lacks diagrams for fuses, etc.

While replacing a headlight bulb I shorted out the SA3 post on the under hood fuse box.
It blew the 80 amp steering fuse. Can any tell me how to access that fuse? I cannot access into the under the hood fuse box.
