Hyundai Elantra XD (3G) fuse and relay

The 3rd generation Hyundai Elantra, also known as the Elantra xd, was produced in 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006 with both diesel and gasoline engines. The fuse number 18, 15A, is responsible for the cigarette lighter.

Depending on the configuration, it is possible to locate individual relay elements on the back of the box.

  • I’m trying to locate the Hazard relay on my 2002 Hyundai Elantra GLS. I suspect that it’s in the additional relay elements that were described in the statement, “Depending on the configuration, it is possible to locate individual relay elements on the back of the box.” But, I’m not sure what “box” I should be looking at the back of.
