BMW 7 Series with factory body code G11 G12 represents the sixth generation of the model, which was produced in 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022. Fuses F50, F273 and F284 are responsible for the operation of the cigarette lighter.

Fuse box

The fuse compartment is installed in the BDC (Body Domain Controller) electronic control unit, which is mounted on the right pillar, under the passenger compartment trim on the right side of the passenger.

  1. 20A – Lock relay, unlock relay (doors, fuel filler cap)
  2. 20A – Driver’s door lock relay, lock relay (driver’s door lock, front passenger’s door lock, driver’s side rear door lock, rear passenger’s side door lock, fuel filler door central lock actuator)
  3. 15A – Signal (Horn)
  4. 5A – Steering column switch block, front center ventilation grille, audio control panel, lighting control unit, head unit
  5. 7.5A – Diagnostic connector, electronic ride height control, vertical dynamics platform
  6. 7.5A – Heating / air conditioning system, rear door function module, rain / light / sun / condensation sensor
  7. 5A – Start/stop system
