My dashboard is digital. Right now the dashboard went off, except light indicators and down red lights for break, engin, ect….

When engine is off and after closing the door and reopening after 15 seconds the door ajsr light on the dashboard goes off. When I insert to switch on mode before cranking the engine, I noticed that the dashboard lights are off. What could be the problem?
