Scania 4 series is a truck produced with 2-, 3- or 4-axle versions with various power units in 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2005. In this publication you will find a designation of the 4th generation Scania fuses and relays with boxes diagrams and their locations. Let’s highlight the fuse responsible for the cigarette lighter.
The purpose of fuses and relays in your Scania 4 series may differ from the one presented and depends on the year of manufacture and equipment level. Check the purpose with your diagram on the back of the protective cover or other technical documentation.
Fuse and relay box
The main fuse and relay box is located in the instrument panel, on the passenger side, behind the protective cover.
It has two parts. On the left are the fuses and relays of the main equipment (lighting, suspension, engine control, ABS, etc.). On the right, additional equipment (power take-off, autonomous heater, navigation, etc.) is connected to the fuses.
