Ford Explorer (2002 – 2005) fuse and relay

The third-generation Ford Explorer went on sale in January 2001 for the 2002 model year. Model years 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005. In our article you will find a designation of Ford Explorer fuses and relays with box diagrams and locations. Note the cigarette lighter fuse.

Cigar lighter (power outlet) fuses are the fuse №24 (Cigar lighter) in the Instrument panel fuse box, and fuses №7 (Power point #2), №9 (Power point #1) in the Engine compartment fuse box.

  • I am looking for the fuse that works the actuator for hvac, and the door button open on the outside door. both have quit working.

  • I lost wipers, turn signals, hazards, speedo, heater blower
