In the Buick Lucerne, the fuses controlling the cigar lighter (power outlet) differ based on the model year. For the 2005-2007 models, they are labeled as fuses №F14 and F23 in the Rear Underseat Fuse Box, while for 2008-2012 models, they are designated as fuses №F26 and F31 in the Rear Underseat Fuse Box
